Ѧ℘☺﹩☂◎łḯ¢ €ϰ℘øüηḓ : As we desire to grow more and more in the Lord, the greatest struggle for a man and woman of God is to deal with the sin nature that will try to pull them down all the time. Many a times we get so discouraged when the sin nature shows it ugly face from inside us. We must understand that when our forefather Adam willfully disobeyed God and chose to eat the fruit of knowledge of good and evil, from that moment he lost the will of his own and Satan forever got a foothold on the soul of all humans (Rom 5:12). In other words, Adam and his progeny became a slave of Satan and his demonic suggestions which constantly induced in their soul-life.

By trying to be independent of God, man lost the total connection with God that he had in His spirit-man. But thank God, something happpened two thousand years ago that shifted the total destiny of all humankind. God sent His only begotten Son in to the world so that all who believed in Him got their spirit connection with God back which was lost in the Garden of Eden (Rom 5:19). Because of getting back the spirit-connection with God, we now again have got the the oppurtunity to use the power of God to control the soul-life and live a life of joy, peace and righteousness to please God again in this small life we have ahead.

When ever Satan and his cohorts try to influence us to rebel against God and make us live independently of Him, now those sins are already forgiven by God. After a momentary rebellion against God, when we again seek God's mercy by confessing to Him that we have sinned by the influence of our sin nature (1 John 1:10, 9), the wonderful thing is God sees us again as though nothing bad has happened at all and comes back in to fellowship with us. Why? The one and only reason God sees us as just men and we see Him as our justifier is because we have believed in Jesus who has become a substitude and a mediator between God and us (Rom 3:26; 1 Tim 2:5; 1 John 2:1-2). Now sin cannot rule over us as before because we have accepted Jesus as our Lord and Savior, not only OUR PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE SINS HAVE ALTOGETHER BEEN FORGIVEN OF US BY GOD (Eph 4:32; Col 2:13-14; Heb 10:12, 14-17), but also THE SINFUL CONSCIENCE THAT COMES TO US WHEN WE SIN PRESENTLY IS CLEANSED COMPLETELY WHEN WE CHOOSE TO CONFESS IT TO GOD (Heb 9:14; 1 John 1:7; 9). Now grace of God which is the forgiveness, cleansing, empowerment to do God's will, wisdom of God, righteousness of God, joy and peace is channeled through our spirit-man when we seek God for it and is freely received in Christ Jesus to rule and reign in this earth as the sons and daughters of God (Rom 5:20-21; 8:14; Gal 3:26). Ѧ℘☺﹩☂◎łḯ¢ €ϰ℘øüηḓ : To be filled with the Spirit of God can be equated to a man under the influence of the alcoholic beverages. In the natural, the man who is a drunkard spends his time working and then the first thing he wil do after he comes out of his work place is to visit a bar to take a bottle of wine in to his body. After he gets drunk, immediately he loses contol of himself and starts to feel as though he is out of all his miseries and all the realities of earthly sorrows that weighs him down. He becomes merry in his soul for a while and will feel like he is out there in to the midst of some great adventure of life on the sea (Eccl 9:7; 10:19). God originally created wine for men to know that making merry by wine is just for sometime and they will only be able to do it on occasions of blessings only (Amos 9:14; Psa 104:14-15), but seeking God to fill us with Himself through His Spirit will make us continue with the same effect of adventure through out our life (Eph 5:18). God invites us to come to Him to buy from Him regular wine and milk to sustain our spiritual life and be in ectasy always.

Getting baptized with the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues is just a initial filling of spiritual wine that God gives as a approval for more and mroe filling of the Holy Spirit through out a believer's life time (Luke 11:13). But then many believers who were eager to be Baptized with the Spirit never used the spiritual gift of tongues daily in their prayer time to get filled again and again with the Holy Spirit. What a sad thing! God always gives all believers the gift of personal tongues to speak with God and edify themselves in order for them to be filled with the Spirit of God again and again, even daily, every moment of one's life by using this gift (1 Cor 14:2-4). Ectasy of the Spirit filling will take over us and draw us close to God in our mind and knowledge as we continue to speak more and more in tongues. It is one thing to be baptized in the Spirit once, but it is another thing to keep being filled again and again daily and serve the Lord with joy (Isa 28:11-12).

If you have not still received the gift of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in tongues, start to seek God for this unique experience as it belongs to you and all those who are saved (Acts 2:38-39; 10:44-47; 11:17). If you have already received it, begin to pray in the personal prayer tongues more and more and keep building a bigger building for God to dwell in your life and GLORIFY GOD AS A MIGHTY WITNESS OF JESUS IN OUR GENERATION (1 Cor 14:18). Learn to live in the continious ectasy of God and walk in the adventure of a lifetime in God. GLORY TO GOD!
