Art of Living #28

Åґ☂ ◎ḟ ʟ☤√ḯη❡ #28 : "21 You shall put the mercy seat on top of the ark, and in the ark you shall put the Testimony that I will give you. 22 And there I will meet with you, and I will speak with you from above the mercy seat, from between the two cherubim which are on the ark of the Testimony, about everything which I will give you in commandment to the children of Israel." (Exodus 25:21-22).
Ѧ℘☺﹩☂◎łḯ¢ €ϰ℘øüηḓ : God doesn't desire anything from you more than a frienship and intimate relationship from you. We see that the whole Israelites were willing to go to any extent to fulfill all the religious demand that God would give them, but were not willing to hear his voice and be intimately acquainted with Him (Deut 5:26-30). They were willing to carry any weight of the yoke of the law, instead of enjoying the frienship of God and His presence daily. Any one who desires to keep the law rather than having a love relationship with God is a legalist who gives no pleasure to God. By being intimately acquainted with God, Moses received grace from God but the Israelites who followed the law which God gave through Moses never received any grace from God (Exo 33:14, 17). Why? God is only interested to bless specially all those people who are in love relationship with Him.

God loves to speak to all men who are bold enough to come near Him and demand His time to be given to them. What does God desire for you? He desires you to draw near to Him and He is waiting for you (James 4:8). God is pleased only with those who by faith are trying to talk to Him always. He would love to respond to them in various ways that will be different each day. He would like to surprise you with his sweet love in different ways each day. The next time you see a butterfly flying very close to you or a bird chirping on your window, just enjoy it and say, 'Thank you Lord for reaching me with your voice differently each morning.'

Do you know that God gives his revelation to his beloved even in his sleep (Psa 127:2). When your heart is actively in love with God, though you may sleep your heart will be awake to hear His voice even in the night time (Sos5:2). The moment you rise up in the morning, the first thought that will come to refresh you will be the thought about how good God is. This is the power of a loving relationship with God can do in your life. DO DESIRE TO TALK WITH GOD ALWAYS, FOR EVERTHING TALK TO HIM, HEAR HIS COUNSEL EITHER FOR A GOOD THING OR A VALUELESS THING, DO DISCUSS WITH HIM YOUR STRUGGLES WITH SIN, TELL HIM ALL ABOUT YOUR JOY AND SADNESS AND EVEN TELL HIM THE CRUSH YOU HAD WHEN YOU SAW THAT MACHO BOY OR THAT BEAUTIFUL GIRL, AND IAM SURE HE WILL LAUGH WITH YOU AND NOT STOP THERE, BUT WILL HELP YOU OVERCOME THE BAD THINGS THAT TRIES TO HOLD YOU IN BONDAGE TO ITS WHIMS AND FANCIES. The good things that happens when you talk with God is, you will never be the same old person to live in regrets of yesterdays happenings. But you will look forward for a exciting today and a awesome tomorrow with God. Much Blessings......

Great Quotes

Ḡґℯαт ℚυø⊥εṧ : "God does not have to come and tell me what I must do for Him, He brings me into a relationship with Himself where I hear His call and understand what He wants me to do, and I do it out of sheer love to Him... When people say they have had a call to foreign service, or to any particular sphere of work, they mean that their relationship to God has enabled them to realize what they can do for God." — Oswald Chambers

Apostolic Quotes
