Manna For The Day

ℳαηηα ḟøґ тℌℯ Ðα¥ :

"Keep my commands and live, and my law as the apple of your eye." (Prov.7:2, NKJV).

God's commandments are not restrictive, but rather it is constructive to make us realize the boundary set for us and then walk securely with in the shadow of the Almighty. These are not commands that are given as in a military academy to keep their subjects bound and fearful to be in obedience to their command or else face the consequence of their punishment. God in His love for us always in whatever situations we are, through a still small voice He keeps speaking to us to whether go to our left or to the right or to stay just where are to keep ourselves in the security of heaven over us. In hearing that voice within our spirit-man and obeying its direction, we are actually choosing the abundant life of God and His supernatural protection over our lives. So also when we value God and His ways, we will search His Law and will keep meditating on it to help ourselves avoid sin that which He hates, thus when we keep His law in the midst of our heart as the apple of our eyes, we can know for sure that we are paving a way in to the heart of God for Him to keep us as the apple of His eyes. So enjoy the relationship with God intimately through His commands and law.

"And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free." (John 8:32, NKJV).

Truth is a double edge sword, it will cut the areas of our flesh where we are self-willed and disobedient towards God. But then once the Holy Spirit has used the truth to operate us, immediately with compassion He will bandage the areas to make it healed for the Glory of God. One truth received in to our heart is better for our eternal future than a thousand lies that lies dormant to cause destruction to our soul and the stealing of our prosperity in our eternal life ahead. It is better for us now to let God use the Sword of the Word for our own eternal good now, than to make Him use the Sword of the Word against us someday in the eternal future when we are judged for our spiritual apathy and lethargic procrastination. It is never late, until we are really late by death. If we willingly die to our self, we will receive God's life favorably now, if we fail to die now, we will really die without gaining God's abundant life now and the reward for it then.

"He who sows bountifully will also reap bountifully." (2Cor.9:6, NKJV).

The human mind of people always like to grab things for themselves and their families as much as they can and more than they can even if it is not useful to anybody around them. This ingrained nature of sin that is present in all of us needs to be dealt with in order for God to really start blessing us. So God's spiritual principle starts saying, sow bountifully or in other words do not grab things for yourself, instead give to others and pour in to others believing what you have with you whether talents, finance, relationship, etc....as a seed which has potential to give you back in multiplied abundance. Then start sowing all these things, in the beginning it might look like that you are wasting everything for the winds, but God will be watching your life for over a season. Soon you will realize that things you need in your life will start coming after you and you need not go after them. When the season of harvest comes, you will be bountifully rewarded by God for having let go of all your seeds. Simply to say, in God's kingdom, if you lose anything believing God, you will gain it in the end. The only safe things in life are those which are given in to the hands of God for Him to multiply and bless you back in abundance.

"For I am the LORD, I do not change." (Mal.3:6, NKJV).

The one thing that we can depend on the Lord is that He does not change like man, though we ourselves change because of our situations, if we stick on to the Lord's everlasting love, mercies, truth, comfort, righteousness, peace, joy...our life will start to operate by the power of heaven beyond our circumstances in God's unchanging faithfulness. Day by day let us become more like him to bring Him Glory!

"That you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God." (Rom.12:2, NKJV).

God knows our faith within us and we do not have to prove it to God as he knows all our thoughts towards him inside out, but God is a rewarder of those who have faith in him so he does want us to prove it to the whole universe of men and angels for you to be publicly rewarded for your life of faith. So live your faith until you die, then for eternity you will rejoice in the reward of God! God's reward in this life is just a bonus, but the reward waiting for us in the life to come is the real one. Look forward and live!
