Manna For The Day

ℳαηηα ḟøґ тℌℯ Ðα¥ :

"By wise counsel you will wage your own war." (Prov.24:6, NKJV).

We Christians are in a constant war spiritually against Satan and his demons whether we realize it constantly or not. The apostle Paul has clearly revealed that we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Knowing that we have to wage war to battle against the Sadist evil forces that are working against our lives and stand strong in the the power of the Lord to experience victory against it all, what kind of wise counsel we are receiving to experience that victory? Understand that we do not fight with our power against evil forces as they are not flesh, we fight against them with the wisdom that comes from our Father in heaven. Our Father God is ready to give wisdom for all those are ready to ask Him with faith and humility, for He gives abundantly His wisdom to tackle all the evil plans of Satan and his demons that are working against us spiritually. Have you been seeking the wisdom of God in your life or have become discouraged as though your war is already lost? Satan wants you to doubt the victory that Jesus has gained for you on the Cross, all that you require to please God and live in His blessings has already been achieved and paid on behalf of you to the Father God by Jesus Christ who sacrificed his own sinless life. That is why the last cry of Jesus on the Cross before He gave up his spirit to the Father was, "It is finished or paid in full!" You need not do something to please God now, all you need to do through the ordeals and trials of you spiritual war time that you face is that you need to believe that all has been done for you by Jesus Christ, and that you now pray with faith and receive His grace more and more. The grace of God comes through the comfort and counsel of the Holy Spirit. Talk to your Divine counselor and refer to His Word the Bible all the time, and keep meditating on it constantly through which you will always be guided! Do what He says, and I promise you that you will experience great victory after victory in your life because, before you know or realize what is happening, the God of peace will come down on Satan with both feet, stomping him into the dirt. Enjoy the best of Jesus! Pray with me saints, "Dear Heavenly Father, I thank you and praise you for who you are to me and what you have done for me in Christ Jesus, now all I need to do is to believe and live in your power by prayer to thus experience victory after victory in my life. I need wisdom from you to overcome the evil plans of Satan working against me, counsel me and empower me through your Holy Spirit to bring glory to you in every thing I say, do and live. In Jesus wonderful name, Amen!"

"And now, little children, abide in Him." (1John 2:28, NKJV).

When was the last time when pressure, false accusations, worries and backstabbing happened that you were able to maintain your peace through the storms you have faced? When was the last time someone deceived you, you were still able to abide in the Love of our Lord Jesus Christ in spite of all the ordeals you have faced? When was the last time when you have prayed through to victory in spite of all the storms of life? These things are very important to consider, because we have to rise up to what God has called us to be in our Character as over-comers? We can't keep on blaming someone else immaturely for all our problems and keep on questioning God why He did allow all these things. Yes when we accepted Christ Jesus as our Lord and Savior we were little children in the Lord. God understood that we needed time to rise up to what He has called us to become, but now as His time for our lives to bear fruit comes, we can't keep on being the little children we were. We need to trust in the Lord's goodness in spite of all the storms and keep moving on to the mature place where God has called us to be. So are we abiding in His Word and are constantly guided by the Holy Spirit in our lives to keep growing mature for the Glory of God? Just as the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can we bear fruit, unless we abide in Jesus. To abide in Jesus is a decision to stay connected with Jesus closely by faith in His Word that never fails. When we choose to not to allow doubt to destroy the Words of Jesus stored within our heart and instead stay in faith through out the ordeal we face knowing that God is good in spite of our bad circumstances, at the end of it whatever we ask God will be given to us so that it might glorify God greatly through our lives. God is tuning us to align ourselves in His will by transforming our Character in to the exact image of Himself through the ordeal we might be facing, so let us patiently hold on to the promises of God and receive greater and greater blessings of God in our lives. Pray with me saints, "Our Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for making us to become your children in Christ Jesus. Yes help us to face your chastisement willingly and become mature in our Character to become just like Jesus Christ. Thank you that there is a reward of whatever I ask that you are going to give me once I come out of my ordeal as a over-comer by faith. I love you and believe you are always good, and whatever happens to me is in your control. Help me continue to abide in the Words of my Lord Jesus being guided by my dear Holy Spirit. In Jesus name! Amen!"

"Love suffers long and is kind." (1 Cor13:4, NKJV).

The Bible speaks about four kinds of love. Even though we have four different words to describe love in Greek accurately, only one word that is 'love' is present in the English language to describe all the different ones. Some times our understanding about Love also can become vague in English when it does mean something different in Greek. The four kinds are storge, eros, philia and agape. Storge is the type of family love that is commonly found in the Bible and is vital to the proper function of families and can sometimes be found in extended families (Rom 12:10). Even animal families expresses this kind of love for their young ones. Eros is the erotic love between men and women which is a sensual love. This love is that which has the potential to become a idol if left unrestrained, without self-control it can lead a person to pornography and masturbation to cause them commit spiritual adultery in their heart and cause addiction to it or if the spiritual adultery in the heart is not restrained by self-control, it may lead to physical fornication and adultery physically. So eros within marriage is good and outside marriage is forbidden by God (1 Cor 7:9). The word phileo implies a strong emotional connection, and thus is used of the “love,” or deep friendship, between friends. You can agape your enemies, but you cannot phileo them. This love produces a bond that eros and storge love cannot compare with. This is the love that Christians are commanded to have for one another (Rom 12; 1 Cor 13; John 15:12-14). This philia love is the love that David showed towards Jonathan (1 Sam 18:1-4; 20:3-4; 2 Samuel 1:23, 26-27), this is expressed by soldiers who are willing to die for their fellow soldiers and for the people of their nation they represent (John 21:18-19). Agape love is the most supreme love of all and is an attribute of God and does not come naturally to humans (Luke 23:34). In other words, while we were yet sinners in the mind of God, Christ in His Love for us chose to die for us so that in the mind of God we can become ultimate friends with him (Rom 5:7-8). God who is the embodiment of agape love, chose to be kind enough in suffering long for our sins and that has become our salvation still today. Do you know that to live a wonderful Christian life, being obedient to the voice of God, we need to have all the four kinds of love of which the highest is the agape which we need to receive from the Lord God and show it to our enemies? Do you have it all? We cannot love too much to finish paying our debt to God and towards man in this earthly life...so receive the unconditional agape love of God and grow in all other kinds of love too so that we can have true friends to stand with us, people who are emotionally connected to us and with whom we can share our deepest thoughts and feelings and have deep family affection that comforts us and helps us feel connected to all our spiritual family. May God help us all. Pray with me dear saints, "Dear Heavenly Father, I praise you for your unconditional love towards me that has made me your very child. Thank you for making me understand all the different love that I need to practice. Please help me in Jesus name, Amen!"

"Bring all the tithes into the storehouse." (Mal.3:10, NKJV).

Tithing is not just a Old Testament practice that has ceased to exist in the New Testament Church. When God says that the New Testament is a better covenant, it does emphasize to us that the freedom in the New is very great than the Old promise of God, but at the same time, obedience and commitment comes with that greater freedom so that joyfully we may be able to follow God through Jesus out of love for Him and not out of demand or fear. In other words, according to the Law of Tithe out of compulsion people of the Old Testament made sure that they would give one tenth of the their entire earnings as a first fruit for God, we in the New Testament out of love for God are told to give our entire body as a living sacrifice which makes us give to God more than the one tenth, and makes us live for the very purpose of God which becomes our purpose. The purpose of life always drives a person to spend, for example, if people live for enjoyment, they spend a lot for it, when they live for a business, they spend their everything to build that, etc...like that if we live for the kingdom of God, then we spend as much as possible to build and extend the kingdom of God which will be our very purpose to live on earth. So we should understand that God does operate in percentages of our motives to return back with blessings according to the same percentage. In other words, when our motive is fully cleansed and has only one desire, that is to live for the kingdom of God, then we inherit the full blessing of God in all the five realms of existence, that is spiritual, soulish, physical, financial and social. So even in our New Testament times, can a man rob God? Yes indeed, when we give a lot of empty religious talk to others, and toss a coin in the offering in disdain, we rob God and our work become cursed when God's hand of blessing gets disassociated with us. How much money or our time and our talent we willingly offer to God is a test that every Christian should personally give answer to God? Our offering of our entire body cannot be greater than our motive to offer what we have willingly, therefore the value of our offering in God's sight will be only equal to that of what we willingly release to God out of our Love for Him to build His kingdom, therefore let us joyfully and willingly give with thanksgiving and praise as we release our first fruit or even more than that for our Lord. It is better not to give God than to offer leftovers to Him which will become insulting to Him as He is the one who has given to us personally Jesus His only begotten Son who is the highest desire of His Love, with the purest motive of saving us and making us His children. It is He who gives us food and joy, and all good things of this life to live. Pray with me saints : "Dear Heavenly Father, You are always good and have given your best to me in Jesus and along with Him you have promised to supply all things that I need to fulfill your purpose for me in this life and collect treasures for the life to come. Help me to give to you out of my love for you which is the only motive that is worthy of you, cleanse my motives to make me live for you and your kingdom. Those worthy servants of you who teach us your ways and whose faith follow them, help me to be in constant contact and fellowship with them to uphold them by my prayer and financial help, and also help to people who are in need in the Household of Faith which is your family on earth. In Jesus mighty name. Amen!"

"Walk in the way of goodness, and keep to the paths of righteousness." (Prov.2:20, NKJV).

In today's world we are tested to the limit whether to really follow the way of Jesus, who teaches us that in order to receive we have to give, to be a leader we have to become a servant, to inherit the earth be meek in giving up your rights, to see God's activities be pure in heart, be merciful if you want to receive mercy from God, be hungry and thirsty for the right way of living if you want to be filled with good things of God's blessing, love your enemies, pray for those who spitefully use you and persecute you, bless those who curse you and do good to those who hate you. In a world that has come to accept the survival of the fittest as the new normal for a smart man to live in this earth, is the teachings of Jesus relevant to the modern 21st century times we live in? Has his message have become inadequate to feed the modern thinking of man? Is there a problem with the message of Jesus or with modern humans who live? The Bible clearly says, "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever." (Heb 13:8). In fact the moment we hear the above verse, the clear truth that we understand is, Jesus has not changed one bit, He is the same every loving Savior, Forgiver, Compassionate Friend, Redeemer, Healer, King of Kings, Lord of Lords, Intercessor, Comforter, etc...But we humans have gone from a bad to a worse state where "good is spoken as evil, evil is spoken as good" (Isa 5:20), how terrible state we have come to! Nobody is ashamed of nakedness, pornography, murder of innocents and fellows humans, adultery is accepted as a pleasure package in life's wear and tear due to direct disrespect of the sacred institution of marriage, hate for hate, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, etc...dear saints, where have we all come to? Does it not sound like the old Sodom that was lost in self-love and godlessness? Does it not sound like Noah's time when all the people who were judged by God were filled with evil of immorality and violence and all wickedness? Is the hellish state of fearful terror and violence that gets perpetrated on earth grieving the heart of God? Are we pushing God to a state where God is again going to feel sorry that he has made us? By all means of evidence it is a yes and our fellow humans are coming to that wicked state where they are ready to be judged. But as God's children, are we walking with God as Noah did? Are we living justly as Noah did? In the midst of corruption and violence on this earth, have we found grace in the eyes of the Lord? If we are believing Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior and are living by faith in Him, we according to the promises of God, have found grace already in the eyes of the Lord God our Father in heaven. So before the judgment comes on the world, we the children of God should keep ourselves in the will of God to build the ark of the Church and also keep ourselves busy in saving souls. So that before the terrible Tribulation of the end comes, we will be raptured and kept safe with God in the New Jerusalem where God lives. We can almost hear the trumpet sound!!!! Pray with me saints: "Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for showing grace in your eyes to save us spiritually in Christ Jesus and also for the promise of saving us from the wrath that is coming upon the whole world. Help us to be busy in building the ark of the Household of Faith by sharing your Word and Spirit till you come and take us away. Help us not to partake in the wickedness of the world, but rather live as a disciple and follower of our Lord Jesus. In Jesus name! Amen!"

Much Blessings....
