ℳαηηα ḟøґ тℌℯ Ðα¥ : "The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit, a broken and a contrite heart--These, O God, You will not despise." (Psalm 51:17, NKJV).
Ѧ℘☺﹩☂◎łḯ¢ €ϰ℘øüηḓ : Man is not a sinner because he sins, man is a sinner because he is born that way. The first sin in the universe was the sin of pride, when Satan wanted to be like the Most High God to receive worship for himself which only the Creator of all deserves. Satan said five "I will..." and then God threw him out of heaven. From that day a different will apart from the will of God has begun to exist in rebellion to God (Isa 14:13-15; Ezek 28:16). The example of Jesus has been set forth before us to deny our will, take up our cross and follow the will of God for our lives (1 Peter 2:21; Luke 9:23). Jesus taught all of us to pray, "Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven." (Matt 6:10). So the greatest of all sin is not murder, lying, adultery, fornication as serious as they are...but it is pride. Pride brings all other sin in to existence in one's life easily. Yet many religious people who are very much churchy are full of pride and think that they are righteous, how can it be ever possible? The deceptions of Satan is to make religious people become self righteousness and instigate in them a spiritual pride that will make them think that because they are spiritual they are better than other sinners (Luke 18:9-14). If we ever sacrifice to God anything serious, it must be our broken heart which comes to God in humbleness asking for mercy and grace to lift us up from sin which lives in us. BROKEN HEART DRIVES PRIDE AWAY AND INVITES THE PRESENCE OF GOD TO STAY. If ever you ask for anything precious in your life from God, ask for the gift of a broken heart that makes God to draw near in such a way that He begins to manifest Himself to you in person. Much Blessings....
